Exercises is the best medicine for one who is lazy or who feel very dizzy everytime . Exercises helps a person in dealing with difficult situations it makes a person focused and active in every section of life .

Our ancestors has given us many things , from the box of history I have taken something which I want to share it with you. Meditation , is a part of our life but these days we are forgetting it . Our ancestors has given us the knowledge of meditation , but instead of getting benefits we are ignoring it. Meditation has many benefits , sharing you a type of meditation that may help you in your daily life.
that you can get relief from your stress, improve your sleep, even you can get relief from lower blood pressure and heart disease. But how , let me tell you .
Mindfulness meditation
A type of meditation or a mental training that helps in controlling your thoughts and will make your mind relax. It will help you in
1) developing self awareness
2) increasing imagination and creativity
3) increasing patience and tolerance
Now as I have told you that doing meditation practice for 10 min will give you the proper results. If you will increase the time of your meditation then more you will get the benefits.
Posture for mindfulness meditation ?
The best posture for mindfulness meditation is sitting straight making your leg crossed and arms parallel to your upper body. Like this
How to practice mindfulness meditation ?
Mindfulness meditation involves the following steps -
1) find a silent place for your meditation where no one can disturb you. ( Morning time 5:30 - 6:30 will be the best time for meditation)
2) sit straight and cross your legs comfartably .
3) make your arms straight and parallel to your upper body.
4) your back bone should be straight.
5) close your eyes
6 ) focus on your breathing
7) there will be many thoughts that will come in your mind , you have to ignore them.just focus on your breath.
Doing this exercise will give the benefits.
Even you can practice it for 40-45 min when you are experienced , for beginners can practice it for 10-15 min . You will surely get the results.
