( What is meditation and it's benefits ? )
Meditation :-
Meditation is an ancient practice of increasing focus , concentration and building your brain more strong . Meditation is mostly practised in ancient India and later it spread all over the world . In India it is called Sadhna . Our rishi munis used to practice it to get super natural Powers .

Meditation the best practice to increase brain power, focus and concentration . You can get your desired success by practicing meditation daily . Meditation are of different types here are the two best meditation techniques that you can follow daily .
1) Mindfulness meditation
2) Vipassana meditation
Mindfulness meditation :-
A type of meditation or a mental training that helps in controlling your thoughts and will make your mind relax. It will help you in-
1) developing self awareness
2) increasing imagination and creativity
3) increasing patience and tolerance
Now as I have told you that doing meditation practice for 10 min will give you the proper results. If you will increase the time of your meditation then more you will get the benefits.
Posture for mindfulness meditation ?
The best posture for mindfulness meditation is sitting straight making your leg crossed and arms parallel to your upper body. Like this
How to practice mindfulness meditation ?
Mindfulness meditation involves the following steps -
1) find a silent place for your meditation where no one can disturb you. ( Morning time 5:30 - 6:30 will be the best time for meditation)
2) sit straight and cross your legs comfortably .
3) make your arms straight and parallel to your upper body.
4) your back bone should be straight.
5) close your eyes .
6 ) focus on your breathing .
7) there will be many thoughts that will come in your mind , you have to ignore them.just focus on your breath.
Doing this exercise will give you best the benefits.
Even you can practice it for 40-45 min when you are experienced , for beginners can practice it for 10-15 min . You will surely get the results.
Vipassana meditation :-
Vipassana meditation also known as Insight meditation .
Famous meditation practice rediscovered by Gautam Buddha more than 2500 years ago . Basically this meditation focus on breathing and controling thoughts . This meditation is same as other meditation .
