Let's understand this with an example. Like I take myself as an example, writing an article requires a lot of effort, knowledge and time. On an average it took almost 3 hrs to publish a whole blog.
So I have an option here: either I can use different AI based software to generate articles or I should write it by myself.
If I am writing the whole article by myself then it is hard work while if I am using Ai based software then it saves my time and makes me more efficient and it is an example of smart work.
But we can't just depend upon smartwork all alone because you know an Ai based article is not perfect. It requires modification similarly smartwork is a result of experience and planning that we put in hard work.

The most basic while the most important component of smartwork is planning, planning of goals, planning of future, and planning of the next day.
So plan and prepare yourself for the upcoming problems, make a priority order, create a to do list and start working on it.
Make a list of the most important tasks at the start of the day and start accomplishing each of them.
Making a plan makes you confident as you are aware of upcoming problems and how you would deal with them.
Making a plan will make you much ahead in your life.
As a smart worker, build on your strengths.
This is another important point that one must take seriously, everyone of us has some weakness and strength, but do you know the Biggest difference between a successful and an unsuccessful person is that successful person has the guts to accept their weakness & to improve them, in order to avoid problems in future.
One must understand that weakness should not be considered incapability, they must be considered as the opportunities for success.
So work on your weakness and convert them into your strength and once you have done that there is no way you can become unsuccessful.

In order to work smart and efficient your mind must be enough trained, your mind should be your GOOD SERVANT.

This thing is important and many successful people has this habits which we famously call book reading habit. Every successful person follows this habit, so why don't you try updating and upgrading your Knowledge regularly.
It's not necessary to read books only, there are many options available like Podcasts, motivational & inspiring Speeches, documentary last but not the least inspiring blog like ours.
Thousands of options are available in order to update your knowledge you don't need to work hard in the search of knowledge, but you must be curious.
Give more priority to your work
In order to be a smart worker and to be a productive person in life you must give more priority to your work other than than wasting your time just browsing social media.
These days our young generation is just busy in social media in a fake world they are depressed and discouraged. One must come out of it.
Give more priority to your work and to your time, because only time can bring you money, start working for your dreams, start working for your goals, start working for your parents happiness & be prior with your work.

Create a list that basically consist of those things that are distracting you from your dreams, si that you can take an urgent action one them, creating a don't do list will give a clarification about your distraction and you can plan a strategy to avoid them.
