    Let's first understand

    What are thoughts?

You must be thinking that Harsh has gone mad ! I mean we all know what thoughts are, ok but do you know that your thoughts and perception affects your day to day life ?

    That sounds interesting, right !

Whatever we think, whatever we feel and whatever we say about ourselves seriously affects our life.

In psychological terms we call it the law of attraction. Here your mind acts as a magnet and it naturally attracts things that you say or feel in your mind.

    Typically your thoughts.

Your thoughts have the immense power to change your mind. Visualisation and manifestation are some words that are trending right now which highlights the similar concept.

So your thoughts have the capability to transform your life. Therefore it is advised to think positive about yourself as it will bring good things in your life.

See, the main goal of writing this blog post is to make you understand that your mind has immense power and whatever you will input into it will affect your present moment.

For a moment let's ignore the concept of manifestation and visualisation. Now you tell me, is it good for your mind to process thousands of thoughts ?

    Obviously no.

This is nothing but overthinking, just lost in the thoughts, completely clueless because now you are thinking about something that has not happened yet and frankly speaking will never happen in the future too.

So what's the point of being an overthinker? You must understand that the more clean your mind will be the more advantages you will have.

Don't worry I am not going to ask you to do meditation for months but instead here's what you have to do.

    Accept your thoughts

Firstly accept your thoughts, make yourself understand that it's totally normal.

So the next time thoughts regarding anything pops up in your head, what you have to do is ignore them.

Say to yourself that it's totally okay to have such thoughts and as a normal person I don't want to do much with them and I have nothing to do with these thoughts.

What we actually do is we fear these thoughts. So instead of getting feared from thoughts you must try to live in the present moment.

    Practice meditation

Believe me meditation is the key guys. I personally believe meditation to be the greatest possible technique with which you can control your thoughts.

You don't need to practise for hours, you just start by doing meditation for 10-15 minutes and for sure you will start noticing a big change in your life.
