    Bipolar behaviour is commonly known as Manic depression .


    Bipolar behaviour leds to extreme mood swings frequently . In simple words your mood changes frequently .


    Bipolar behaviour can affect your daily routine . Ex- lack of energy , sleep , etc .


    2) Moral Behaviour 


    Moral behaviour is a type of behavior in which one act according to his/her moral values , and try to avoid immoral activities .


    ( Moral behaviour includes :- Gratitude , simpathy , Co-operation and much more )


    3) Dictate Behaviour 


    As by the name dictate behaviour is a type of behavior that includes dictatorship . 


    Those who don't know dictatorship is a type of ruling criteria where a single person has control over all the  powers of country , and can independently give orders .


    In this type of behavior one person try to force his rules over other people .

    4) Aberrant Behaviour 


    Aberrant behaviour includes irritability . Irritation , inappropriate speech are the signs of aberrant behaviour .

    1) Try to speak less , and listen more.


    I read somewhere  that if you want to increase your respect than talk less. 

    So if you want to be more recognise among people then speak less and observe more.

    The one who speaks less are not easy to solve and their character remain unsolved.


    2) Have an attractive smile on your face .


    While you are sad or depressed one thing that can keep you alive is the smile.

    Smile is the electricity of your life's battery the more you smile the more it will charge.

    Keeping an attractive smile will influence others while you talk with them.


    3) Be patience and stay calm .

    Patience is something that not everyone can hold in their life.

    Being patience in life is not an easy task, controlling your anger and controlling your senses is a tough task.

    While you are a begginer the first thing while working for your goals is to be patience.

    Being patience helps you in boosting your brain power, controlling your anger and much more.



    4) Try to have a sweet conversation

    Being talkative is not good but if someone approaches you then start with a sweet smile.

    While you talk with someone maintain eye contact, stand straight & keep a simple smile.

    While you talk with someone try to talk more about themselves and speak less.

    It will influence them more.
