Habits are not our day to day activities, it is somewhat beyond our thinking and we actually don't know how these habits impact our daily life.

Habits not only decides our future but even makes us mentally low or strong depending upon the habits you adopt.

5 effective habits of highly successful person

On a shrink note We actually believe that there is no role of habits in our way to success, but let me clarify that we all are wrong at this point.

Habits have a great impact over ourselves, over our behaviour and how we actually deal with a hardcore situations.

5 habits of successful person

Wake up early in the morning

This is something that everyone hates, waking up early in the morning, except those 10-20% of people who are fully dedicated towards their goals.

The first one hour while you wake up is considered a victory hour and whatever you do in that victory hour reflects your whole day.

Morning is the best time to do anything that most probably you are working for, waking early in the morning makes you happy, energetic, and enthusiastic throughout your whole day.

You must try it out though it's tough to wake up but if you anyhow wake up early in the morning then you are all set to become a successful person.

Waking up early in the morning saves your time, makes you more productive and increases your efficiency.

Start your day with a motivational quote

It is said that what we do in the morning gets set in our mind throughout our whole day, and to make our whole day productive it is essential that a day must start with a positive vibe.

So it is necessary, in order for a successful life and a productive day you must start it with a positive attitude and a powerful quote that inspires you.

Whatever you think you become in your life, why fill your mind with negative thoughts when you can focus on the good ones.

Start your day with something energetic, exercise or have tea with great podcasts that will boost your confidence and will make your day.

I suggest

Instead of quotes you can even start your day with some poems, Speeches, or motivational Blog like ours.

Control your anger, Be patient

In bhagavad Geeta lord Krishna said that Anger is our biggest enemy and it destroys our knowledge and makes us mentally weak.

So you must consider anger your biggest enemy and try controlling it. Be patient. Anger is something that not only makes you mentally weak but also disturbs your mood throughout your whole day.

If you have everything and you don't have much patience in your life then believe me you are gonna lose everything.

Nobody likes a man who can't control his own thoughts and emotions. Everybody hates those kinds of people.

Being an angry person is not good for both personally and professionally.

Few tips to control your anger :-

1. Manage yourself in pressure can help you to improve your patience.

2. Music helps you to improve your patience.

Stop comparing yourself with others

One habit that I personally hate the most, I have observed many people and one thing that i concluded is everyone is busy in comparing themselves with others.

Why did I get less marks than Rohan or someone else ?

Why is my salary low ?

Why don't I own a big car ?

The above are the few sentences that I saw people using in their day to day life.

These things need to be Stopped because they only give you stress and anxiety and make you doubt your own life.

If you just compare yourself with a successful person then you can note down that successful people never compare themselves with others. They believe in self improvement, they believe that self improvement is the key to success.

Comparison is not good until you have the race to leave everyone and to become the most superior person.

Comparison is good when it's healthy, when you are learning from your competitors and making yourself better.

There is no problem in comparing yourself with others till you are learning from them because life is too short to learn from your own experiences.

You must avoid comparing yourself with others.

Update your knowledge regularly

One thing that creates a difference is knowledge, one who is successful is knowledgeable and knowledge is something that can make you stand apart from others.

Learning is very essential in life, because it increases the level of knowledge you have and leads you in a continuous improvement of your skills.

Using a single axe for cutting down hundreds of trees affects the axe and makes it less efficient.

Similarly using your mind in thousands of things makes it less efficient and less productive as Smartphones need updating. You must update yourself.

Continuous improvement is necessary because if something becomes old then it's called history and I am sure you want to make history not to be a part of history.

Update yourself, improve yourself, work on developing new skills that have a good scope in future.

I suggest

I suggest you discover new books related to self improvement, human psychology and much more. These books are available offline and online. You can check them out.

Bonus tip

Believe in yourself

Doesn't matter what your status is unless your belief system is strong, everyone has the power to do anything but not everyone believes in themselves.

Believe is a small word but has a deep meaning, you don't know how powerful this word actually is. To understand the power you need to start Developing it in your life.

Believe in yourself, say "I am the best" , "I will be the best", no one can beat me .

Conclusion

Success isn't given, it's taken by hard work, determination, dedication and consistency.

Everyone has struggled in their life, they have not panicked, they have not cried, they fought with bravery and that's why they are successful in life.
