In our day to day life we often have some habits that are not good for us but still we are ignoring them, these habits not only makes you mentally weak but also reduces your brain power. These habits ruin your life.

In order to understand the concept of these habits, let's take a bit of time and analyse what actually we have done throughout the whole day, how much time you are actually working for your goals and how much you have wasted it in some typical things.

Social media is the first choice of today's youth, everybody loves it from a child of 4-5 years to a teenager of 14-18 years and every generation of society is on social media. 

Social media is a good way to entertain yourself and to make new friends, but it is said that excess of everything is harmful. Social media brings you to a fixed mentality, though it has many benefits but has disadvantages too.

Disadvantages of social media 

• Brings you to a fixed mindset person.

• It makes you to compare yourself with others.

• Social media makes you to doubt on your skills.

• Social media downs your moral and happiness.

• Social media makes you realise that everyone is happy in this whole world except you, but the reality is totally different in social media people only post there best part of their life.

I would suggest you to slowly reduce the consumption of social media, because at an instant it's impossible to stop using it try reducing the span of usage per day.

 

2. Laziness is the enemy of our dreams


We all are lazy, isn't and i think there is nothing wrong with it because everyone wants comfort in life but we can't ignore the fact that searching for comfort zone always makes you mentally and physically weak. 

Laziness can give you short term enjoyment but it's an hazard that actually ruining your life. 

It not only reduces your brain power but also makes you physically lose. 

Try to eliminate laziness, be energetic. 


3. Lack of control over your brain


We all have come across the situation where we know that something that we actually wants to do is important but we still can't work on it, this is something that's actually a big problem and there is no solution for it.

In order to avoid this i can only suggest to strongly bind yourself in your work avoid your brain. 


4. Lack of interest in work


Lack of interest, we all say one thing that i am not interested to do this work and that word is actually our enemy to be hones there is no need of intrest in your work one needs to work for his goals in any situation either he is interested or not.

Stop giving these excuses, start working for your goals.

5. Lack of Time management 


Time management is something that no everyone can do it, if you just take out your whole day and summarise it, then you can easily understand the importance of time management and why is it important.
